Just to preface my review, I live in the Nashville area. I needed a mini split installed in my garage and I had a great experience with Windsanity. Great quality work and at a great price. The young man who did the install was from North Carolina and he worked jobs in the southeastern region. He got the job done within a few hours and it exceeded my expectation. If you need a mini split installed I highly recommend Windsanity. It’ll save you a ton of money compared to what regular HVAC companies will charge you.

Windsanity installed two 1-ton units to cool the most important areas of our home that was built in the late 1980s–one for the open, vaulted LR/DR and small kitchen; the other for the master bedroom (also vaulted). Installed on the very first hot day in 2022, we could immediately test that the units were working well and we were feeling much better for it. After using them last summer quite often, but needed much less in 2023 (near the Wyo-Colo border), we couldn’t tell the difference in our electric bill before versus after having these ductless HVAC units. But their options for fan-louver motion really help distribute the cool air throughout large spaces, both laterally and vertically. Hey, these units are easy to care for, soooo quiet, 100% dependable, and as supplemental heaters they even took the chill off the cool days of autumn and early spring. Thanks, Windsanity! Your people are so friendly, and did a great job!

As an owner of a 1926 farm house , when we bought the home no AC or heat was working and knew we needed to install, after many $25k quotes We decided to go the ductless route. Jeremy and crew installed 4 mini splits in my home 3500 sq foot home for under 10k , nine months ago, they did a great job! very professional stayed all day until they were completely done. Didn’t leave until later in the evening to make sure everything was working perfectly. He installed them where there impossible to see from the passer bys . He’s answered any question I’ve had over the last nine months ,would highly recommend ! our units have worked great. He put one unit (220)in our upstairs main room of a 3500 foot home. And it keeps the entire upstairs extremely comfortable. My electric bill has dropped to 1/3 of the previous bills .. at this rate the units will pay for themselves in 2 years it’s so significant of a savings !

We could not have asked for better service or a better product . We added an AC unit to our garage so we could make our garage into usable space. We now use our Garage gym every single day and it’s a joy to be in it, and I can also use it for storage for work and not worry about temperature control. Our electricity has not gone up at all. Jeremy, the owner was so responsive and so helpful and even came out three months after we had it installed and helped this troubleshoot something that turned out to have nothing to do with the AC unit, but he is so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a problem with a mini split and they came out over 2 years later to help me fix, warranty (the unit wasn’t the problem in the end probably house settling and drain issues), and adjust placement on a unit at no cost requested (but please make sure to try to compensate them for their hard work and time lol). I had another minisplit installed recently and it was amazing work. It has been working so well in my three story townhome that was limited in space (only one AC for the whole home could fit). They came out and help planned the perfect solution for my needs. I would have no problems referring my friends and family to this company. Thank you!

I was very nervous about installing a mini AC split, my main concern was what kind of split I needed for our mini home, and if the person I’m hiring is licensed to install for our safety. We have Jeremy and team install a beautiful mini split at our off grid cabin and couldn’t be happier. With so many ads online from fly by night mini split installers, these guys are not that. They came, installed, and did an amazing job. Now our cabin went from unbearable summer heat to beautiful freezing cold, all on full off grid solar and batteries. I would highly recommend this company to install and service your mini split, they are top notch and veteran owned and operated as well.
